CHILD SANDA RULES (12 to 14 years old) Protective equipment Head with grid, bibs, genital protector, gloves, shin and mouth guard.

Techniques allowed for child sanda combat

from the thigh to the head  Body that do not exceed the height of the hip during execution  Resolve: It will be determined according to scores to the best of 3 Round of 1 minute each.

Weight Divisions:

 39kg Category (less than ≤39kg)  42kg Category (>39kg-≤42kg)  45kg Category (>42kg-≤45kg)  48kg Category (>45kg-≤48kg)  52kg Category (>48kg-≤52kg)  56kg Category (>52kg-≤56kg)  60kg Category (>56kg-≤60kg)

Prohibited Techniques

 Attack with the head, , or twist the joints.  Force the opponent to fall on the head or heels and intentionally crush or step on when the opponent is down.  prohibited.

Prohibited Areas Posterior area of the head (nape), neck and genitals.

Allowed Areas Head (just ), torso and thighs.

Scores A competitor earns 2 points:

 When the opponent goes out of the competition area.  When the competitor stands while the opponent is down.  When kicking the opponent's head or torso.  When your opponent receives a warning.

A competitor earns 1 point:

 When they hit their opponent's torso with his fist.  When hits the thigh with the leg.  When falls on the opponent.  When the opponent fails to attack for 5 seconds after the attack order is given.  When the opponent fails to stand up 3 seconds after having fallen when making a Knockdown technique  When the opponent receives a caution.

No points will be awarded:

 When the techniques used are not clean and effective.  When both competitors fall at the same time.

For all other cases, the IWUF 2018 regulations apply according to the document "Rules for International Sanshou Competition "which is attached as sanda regulations.

JUNIOR SANDA COMBAT RULES (15 to 17 years old) Protective equipment Head, bibs, genital protector, gloves, shin guards and mouth guard.

Techniques allowed for the combat junior sanda

 Full body kick  Boxing to the body and face. It´s not allowed more than 3 consecutive hits to the face.  Throws that do not exceed shoulder height  Resolve: At the best of 3 Round of 1 minute 30 seconds each, for 1 minute rest

 48kg Category (Less than ≤48kg)  52kg Category (>48kg-≤52kg)  56kg Category (>52kg-≤56kg)  60kg Category (>56kg-≤60kg)  65kg Category (>60kg-≤65kg)  70kg Category (>65kg-≤70kg)  75kg Category (>70kg-≤75kg)  80kg Category (>75kg-≤80kg)
