This Order may be cited as the “THE ANGUS COUNCIL (SPACES FOR PEOPLE)(TEMPORARY SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 2020” and shall come into operation on 28 September 2020 from which date it is anticipated that the maximum duration in terms of said Act is 18 months. 2. Save as provided in Article 4 hereof no person shall drive any motor vehicle at a speed exceeding twenty miles per hour in or upon any of the lengths of road or roads specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order. 3.
