Rama Krishna s/o Venkateswarlu, H.No.3-80, Colony Nacharam Village and Post, Enkoor Mandal, Khammam District has filed 2nd appeal dated NIL which was received by this Commission on 09.11.2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the PIO/ Deputy Secretary, Telangana Public Service Commission, “Prathibha Bhavan”, M.J. Road, Opp: Gagan Vihar, Nampally, Hyderabad and 1st Appellate Authority / Secretary, Telangana Public Service Commission, “Prathibha Bhavan”, M.J. Road, Opp: Gagan Vihar, Nampally, Hyderabad. 2. The brief facts of the case as per the appeal and other records received along with it are that the appellant herein filed an application dated 04.07.2018 under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, before the PIO seeking the following information: TSIC 3. The Public Information Officer through letter No. 149/RTI/2018 dated 13.08.2018 informed the appellant that the information sought by him cannot be furnished U/s 8(1) (j) of RTI Act, 2005. 4. Since the appellant did not receive the information from the Public Information Officer, he filed 1st appeal dated Nil before the 1st Appellate Authority requesting him to furnish the information sought. 5. As per the records enclosed it is noticed that the 1st Appellate Authority had failed to hear the case and pass appropriate orders on the 1st appeal filed before him. 6. The appellant stated that as he did not get information from the Public Information Officer, he preferred this 2nd appeal before this Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him. The 2nd appeal was taken on file and notices were issued to both the parties for hearing on 8-6-2020. Note: This is system generated copy and no signature is required. On 8-6-2020 the case is called. The Public Information Officer further submitted that the Appellant got disqualified at the stage of written test only and further the list of selected candidates is kept in public domain and they were also appointed.
