No. 2, Section 22, Contract Offer No. YYY; and (2) SWBT Tariff F.C.C. No. 73, Section 41, Contract Offer No. YYY. (Nx) (N) 23.YYY.4 Terms and Conditions (A) Term Period The contract term (Term Period) shall be eighty-four (84) months, commencing on the date the Telephone Company receives the signed Letter of Subscription (LOS) from the Customer. This Contract Offer is not renewable. At the expiration of the Term Period, the Customer may choose from the payment plan options described in NBTC Tariff F.C.C. No. 1, Sections 7 and 26. If, at the expiration of the Customer’s Contract Term Period, the Customer does not choose to disconnect or to select one of those payment plan options, the Telephone Company shall convert the Subject Services to the prevailing monthly extension rates in NBTC Tariff F.C.C.
