2014-07-04 15:06 CEST is back with the new album ”7"

After the enormous success with ”Undo” in the 2014 Finals where she finished third, Sanna Nielsen is now back with a new album titled ”7". ”Undo” managed to conquer Europe after the finals and made it Top 10 on iTunes in 18 countries. The hit also reached Top 40 Official single chart in UK and is about to reach triple platinum status in .

Since the ESC Finals Sanna has spent a lot of time recording the new album in . It's mainly written and produced by the team behind ”Undo”: (Celine Dion, Britney Spears, Westlife m.fl.) (Il Divo m.fl.) and Hamed ”K-One” Pirouzpanah (). ”7” is a modern pop album with RnB influenced beats and it holds many new interesting collaborations. One of them is with the song writer and producer Victor Rådström who is the guy behind Sweden’s hottest pop/soul diva Miriam Bryant. Victor co-wrote the song ”Trouble” for Sanna’s album. Another collaboration on ”7" is with Camilla Läckberg who is one of the most famous crime novel writers in Sweden. Her books are well known all over the world and she wrote the lyrics for the latino inspired pop tune ”All About Love”.

- ”7” is my lucky number. It took me seven times to win (the Swedish qualifications for ESC). This new album is also my seventh pop album. It’s a new step in a new direction. One of the best things I know is to be in the recording studio and this time I had to challenge myself to find new ways in my musicality. It has developed me as a singer and I’ve found a new way with this interest (singing) that started at the precise age of seven, Sanna says.
