The Scientific Committee established under the Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995 (the Act) has determined to amend the descriptions of the species referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b) below pursuant to section 36A (1) (a) of the Act (being amendments that are necessary or desirable to reflect changes in the name of species, or a reclassification of any such species into further species, as a result of taxonomic revision). The application must be made no later than fi ve (5) calendar months before the commencement of the Homebush Motor Racing Period for 2009.
