You must be aged 18 or over. This promotion entitles the owner of the Xperia™ Z3 or Z3 Compact devices (“You”) to claim and download 8 songs of the Foo Fighters which have been selected for this promotion. The songs are: Something from Nothing; Outside; The Feast and the Famine; Congregation; The Pretender; Walk; Best of You; and Rope. You acknowledge and agree that song titles are subject to change without prior notice. To be eligible for this promotion you must have activated your device within the Promotional Period. The songs must be downloaded by 30th June 2015. Once downloaded, the songs are for you to keep. You can only download the songs once and you are only entitled to one download per purchased device. Redemption requires the Xperia™ Lounge app to be preloaded which is available for free on Google Play. The Xperia™ Lounge app must be fully updated to recieve this offer. Each song is 60-80MB in file size. You may need more memory on your phone to download all songs so use of a memory card is recommended. The songs are provided in Hi-Res audio.
