A meeting of the Senate Committee on Regulatory Reform was scheduled for Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at 3:00 p.m., in the 1200 Room of the Binsfeld Office Building.

The agenda summary is as follows: 1. Testimony regarding SB 0324 (Sen. Daley). 2. Testimony regarding SB 0369 (Sen. Lucido). 3. Testimony regarding HB 4959, HB 4960 and HB 4961 (Rep. Hauck, Rep. Warren and Rep. Griffin).

The Chair called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. He instructed the clerk to call the roll. At that time, the following members were present: Chair Nesbitt, Sens. Theis, Johnson, Lauwers, Moss, Polehanki and Wojno, a quorum was present.

The Chair made a motion to excuse absent members from the meeting. Without objection, Sens. VanderWall and Zorn were excused from the meeting.

The Chair entertained a motion by Sen. Moss to adopt the meeting minutes from October 15, 2019. Without objection, the minutes were adopted.
