The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is the Lead Federal Agency for the proposed action (Proposed Supplemental Air Surveillance Radar Unit or Supplemental Radar Unit), in accordance with 36 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 800.2(A)(2). CBP’s Environmental and Energy Division (EED) is responsible for NHPA compliance.
