Ramsay’s fish and chip van has been a big part of village life for the past 38 years. Previous owners Richard ‘Dick’ and Pauline Ramsay made the business what it is today. When they decided to retire and sell on the business Ian Bell was quick to see the potential and made the decision to add it to his outside ABOUT US catering businesses. Managing the van on a day to day basis is local couple Eddie and Jennifer Baker who have a knowledge of hospitality in the dales and were keen to turn their hand to this new venture.
