Overview The Contact Form and the Contact Form Dashboard (most likely called Contact Numbers on your site) work together to provide an easy method of communication between visitors and various contacts. Once this dashboard and form are added to the site, a visitor can enter information into the provided fields and submit a question or comment to a selected contact. The Contact Form is dependent on the Contact Dashboard. In order for this set of modules to work properly, there is a little bit of setup that needs to be done.

Registering for API Keys In order to make the CAPTCHA features on this module work, you need to register for Google API keys. You must have a ( or google+ account will work). Also, please note that whichever google account is used to register for these keys, owns the keys. If the account holder leaves, the site will need to be re- registered under a new Google account. 1. Go to the following URL: https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intr o/index.html 2. Click on the blue Get reCAPTCHA button in the upper right corner. 3. Enter a label for your website, like the site name. 4. Enter the full public URL, move to the next line of text and enter the URL for the backend or your AFPIMS site. This URL should be entered without https:// 5. Click Register. 6. A page appears with your Site API Key and your Secret API key. These numbers need to be copied exactly as they appear into the settings on your Contact Form Module.

Configuring the Contact Form 1. Hover over the Manage button and select Settings. 2. Select the ContactForm Settings tab. 3. In the From Email Address field, enter the from email address. This is the address that your contact form sends emails from. 4. Enter the Site Key exactly as it appeared on the Google API site. 5. Enter the Secret Key exactly as it appeared on the Google API site. 6. You can enter an optional email footer in the E-Mail Footer Message text box. 7. Click Update.

Add Contacts to the Contact Form Dashboard module 1. Hover over the Manage button and select Edit. 2. Click on the Add new contact link. 3. Contact Name: Enter the name or title of the contact. 4. Contact Number: Enter the full phone number where the contact can be reached by phone. 5. Contact Email: Enter the email address(es) where the contact can be reached via email. Multiple email addresses can be entered using a comma to separate them. 6. Click Create. 7. If desired, you can use the Sort arrows to rearrange the contacts. 8. Click Return to previous page.
