ANTELOPE JR TITANS COACH EXPECTATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 I, ______, recognize that as a Head, Asst., or Instructor of the Antelope Jr Titans, I will adhere to the following rules and conditions. I agree that there is a zero tolerance policy and that violations of the agreed upon rules and conditions may result in my removal during the season.  Furthermore, I understand that if I am asked to step down as a coach or instructor due to a violation of any rules and conditions below, I will not be allowed to coach in the Antelope Jr. Titans program again.  I understand the Jr. Titans will follow the coaching philosophy of the Antelope high School Football program and agree to adhere to the Antelope High School plays, formations, nomenclature, I agree to support Antelope High School football playbook and respect the Antelope High School Football Staff.  I agree to treat each player, opposing coach, official, parent and league administration with respect and dignity.  I agree to learn the strengths and weakness of my players so that I might place them into situations where they have a maximum opportunity to achieve success.  I agree to conduct my practices and games so that all players have the opportunity to safely improve their skill level through active participation.  I agree to support the head coaching staff or board members when asked to communicate to my players and their parents the right responsibilities of individuals on my team. I agree to cooperate with the administrators of our organization in the enforcement of rules, regulations and program philosophy, and I will report any irregularities that violated sound competitive or ethical practices or situations which may be deemed questionable or not in the best interest of the participants.  I agree to protect the health and safety of my players by insisting that all of my activities under my control are conducted for their psychological and physiological welfare, rather than the vicarious interests of adults.  I agree that I will not hold any individual practice or film session outside of the approved practices and facilities unless specifically approved by the VP of Football, and or the President of the Jr. Titans  I agree to complete all forms required and to have a background check completed.  I have read the rules and regulations and understand my responsibilities as a volunteer coach. I understand that my volunteer services as a coach may be terminated by the Antelope Jr. Titan Football & Cheer program for any violations of the rules and regulations of any conduct which violates the spirit of those rules and regulations and the philosophy of the program.  I also understand that my volunteer services may be terminated at time by the Antelope Jr. Titans without cause and without notice.  I understand all paid coaches clinics are a requirement for me to attend as a coach of the Antelope Jr. Titans.  I understand AJT & AHS will set up a point system for all AHS clinics and classes to attend. If I as a coach do not fulfill the required points necessary to move on, I will be suspended and or terminated from the Antelope Jr. Titans football & cheer program.  I have read all the material contained on this application, and I understand I am in agreement with all that I have read.

I declare the above information to be accurate and truthful. If I am selected to a position I will adhere to all the standards and expectations set forth by Antelope Youth Football & Cheer (AYFC) and the current Governing body that we are part of. All Background checks and Coaching certifications must be completed by 6/30/2017.
