To register with our practice, just ask at reception and you will be given a registration & Colburn Surgery form to complete and a questionnaire about your medical history. You will be registered with a named doctor (Dr Webb or Dr Crowther) but you may DOCTORS be seen by another doctor. They will give you details of the first available appointment or will arrange an appointment time to suit you from those available.
