Programme 2015. The candidates mentioned in the above list are required to report the University on 09.07.2015 by 09.00 AM physically. The candidates reporting after 11.00 AM on 09.07.2015 shall not be considered for counseling. No further claim for shifting of date and/or time or any other request in this regard shall be entertained. The counselling shall be done strictly on the merit basis among the candidates reported on specified date and time. NO SEPARATE INTIMATION LETTER SHALL BE SENT TO THE CONCERNED CANDIDATES FOR THE ABOVE ADMISSION. The document verification shall be carried out in University campus and fee in the form of bank draft or bank challan on spot on payment of cash shall be collected on the spot after successful verification of the documents. The provisional selection on the basis of the merit shall automatically stand cancelled if the candidates do not present physically within stipulated time and submit the required documents at the time of counselling and the seat shall be filled up in the remaining qualified candidates of the merit list. The candidate shall be allowed to take admission on production of valid photo identity card (such as Voter ID Card, Adhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Pass Port etc.) The authority reserves the right to refuse provisional admission in the event of non-fulfillment of any of the requirements. The list of documents to be produced by the candidates at the time of provisional admission and fees details are enclosed herewith for information of all concerned. As there is limited number of seats available in the Halls of Residence (Hostels), the accommodation shall be provided strictly on the merit basis if available.
