Cette démarche, accompagnée par la DDT, le bureau d’études Mosaïque Environnement et le Cerema, répond à un calendrier et à un contexte tout à fait particulier. Nouvel EPCI créé depuis le 1er janvier 2017 par fusion des Communautés de Communes d’Amancey-Loue- Lison, du Pays d’Ornans et du Canton de Quingey élargie à Abbans Dessous et Abbans Dessus, la Communauté de Communes Loue Lison (CCLL) est un territoire rural de 75 communes, d’une superficie de 667 km², qui réunit une population de plus de 25000 habitants. Engagé dans une démarche volontaire ambitieuse pour lutter contre le changement climatique depuis 2011, avec un premier Plan Climat réalisé avec l’appui de la Région et de l’Ademe, le territoire est, depuis 2015, labellisé Territoire à Energie Positive (TEPOS) et «Territoires à énergie positive pour la croissance verte ».

Satisfaction de constater l’impact positif du pâturage avec le maintien d’une riche biodiversité et le retour d’espèces emblématiques disparues ; tristesse quand des ânes disparaissent. La mort de Platon en janvier, 31 ans et en fin de vie, était normale, nous nous y attendions. Mais 4 ânes décédés en une année, le coup est rude. Bien que notre vétérinaire les ait trouvés en« état satisfaisant » à la sortie de l’hiver 2019, cette mortalité en série nous interroge sur notre conduite du troupeau (?), l’intolérance progressive à certaines plantes toxiques ou devenues toxiques (?), l’apparition de carences alimentaires après plusieurs années dans les mêmes parcs (?)… Il nous faudra début 2020 prendre le temps de comprendre ce qui s’est passé afin de repartir sur de nouvelles bases. Mais la lecture de ce rapport mentionnera également nombre de bonnes nouvelles, la belle reproduction du sonneur à ventre jaune, la nidification devenue régulière du milan royal, la mise en place d’un sentier balisé au départ du village de Cléron et plus de 5500 espèces dorénavant recensées dans la RNN.

Saturdays and Sundays. For the same tour on a weekday please register six weeks in advance. The source of the river Loue in the French department number 25 (Doubs) is closer to Bern than Zurich airport. As we visit France, food is an issue. The French gastronomic menu is considered a part of the UNESCO world cultural heritage in 2010. During our reconnaissance tour for this excursion, we liked the simple lunch menu below. And because it did not only look good but also tasted good, we propose to eat lunch in that restaurant during our excursion. Three administrative regions of France have a border with Switzerland: Alsace, across the border from Basel, the Région Rhône-Alpes surrounding Geneva, and finally the Franche-Comté, probably less known. But there are links between Switzerland and the Franche-Comté. In 1475, when the Franche-Comté belonged to the Grand Duchy of Burgundy, Bernese troops destroyed and burned Montbenoît Abbey so thoroughly that it had to be abandoned for nine years and that Duke Charles the Bold invaded Switzerland with his army. But this led to his defeats at Grandson and Murten in 1476, to his own death in the battle of Nancy in 1477 and, after almost two hundred years, to the inclusion of the Franche-Comté into France. Today, many French work in the watch making industry in Switzerland in Le Locle, La Chaux-de-Fonds or in Vallée de Joux.

En lien avec les acteurs locaux, le Département développe un réseau de sites, classés Espaces Naturels Sensibles, représentant la diversité des milieux naturels de notre territoire (tourbières, zones humides, pelouses sèches, forêts…). Ils consti- tuent des réservoirs de biodiversité gérés en conséquence et destinés aussi à la sensibilisation du grand public à travers une ouverture mesurée et raisonnée. À travers le projet C@P 25, adopté en mars 2016, l’assemblée départementale s’est engagée à conforter ce réseau. Ce programme de visites guidées vous propose, en complément d’outils pour une visite en autonomie (sentiers, livrets de découverte, pontons et belvé- dères…) et du dispositif à destination des scolaires, une palette d’animations thématiques de mars à octobre pour 17 Espaces Naturels Sensibles, avec le concours d’associations et structures d’éducation à l’environnement.
