Note 1 - Statement of Accounting policies Investments Investments are stated at the lower of cost and net realisable value. Reporting Entity Racing at Awapuni, Otaki and Trentham Combined Enterprise Incorporated (RACE Inc) is an incorporated society established under GST the Incorporated Societies Act 1908. Bank of New Zealand Specific Accounting Policies The term loans of $5,773,000 relate to an $8.82m facility arranged with the bank on 17th December 2008. This facility is for a period of five years, with a condition that all Grand Oaks section sales monies are utilised in reduction of this debt.
