Instructions:

1. Use of a Covenant to Hold Property as One Parcel with No Conveyance Rights requires a modification to the Building Code. This modification application must be submitted and conceptually approved before the covenant is signed or recorded.

2. The following document must be completed with all the required names and legal descriptions. This includes the address, Assessor’s Parcel Number(s) and legal description. DO NOT change any of the covenant language or restrictions.

3. The covenant grantor must sign the document and have it notarized. Submit the signed covenant to the City of Phoenix Planning & Development Department for review and Building Official signature.

4. The applicant must then record the document and return a recorded copy within five days after .
