Can You Spare a Tuesday Morning? A Works of Mercy opportunity is knocking at the door of your heart! Your (easy) mission: a trip to Walmart to do some shopping for Parkview seniors (list and funds provided). The game plan: ICP volunteers meet at Parkview Senior Living Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. to pick up shopping lists and head for Walmart. Once shopping is complete, our volunteer heads back to Parkview to drop off items for seniors who are VERY APPRECIATIVE. Your job is complete, and your heart is light and happy. Typically the lists are short in length but huge in making life seem a little more pleasant and normal for our senior friends. This could also be a great Lenten opportunity! Questions?
