Athletic Meet 2015

Date: 20 Oct, 2015 STRIDE – The Sports Club organised its first event i.e. Athletic Meet 2015 on 20th Oct, 2015. On this event STRIDE introduced different field and track events.

• At first we organized a trial on 2nd and 3rd of Feb in which 166 players have registered after the trial we selected 90 players. • There will be auction of 78 players and 12 seniors will be selected by lucky draw Rs.250/- was the registration fee per person. • Hence total amount of 90 players is Rs.22,500/- • There will be six teams. Amount of Rs.6000/- will be given by franchisee of each team. Therefore total amount of six teams is Rs.36,000/- • Total Amount :-22500+36000 = 58,500/- • Cost of each kit is Rs.565/- now Total Amount of kit is: 96*565 = 54,240. • There are 96 kits in which 90 kits are of players and six are of coaches. • There are 18 balls of Rs.200/- each i.e. 18*200 = 3600/- • Trophies amount:-

7 SHADES OF ART

Panache- the arts club has conducted a grand event named ‘7 SHADES OF ART’, more than 100 students participated in the event, Participants were provided 7 different platforms to showcase their talent – painting , sketching , doodling , mehndi rangoli , designing , wall graffti. This event is conducted under the guidance of Darshneel Grover (CEO Panache ) & Honourable Chancellor Sir .

ROCK ON REPORT 2017-18

Cultural Eve at GENO PRO 2017

( 15 September ) Dances Performed- One Group Dance, one Duet Performance, 2 Solo performances Singing- Solo and duet Total no of participants:- 36 The event was organized to add colors of our cultural activities at geno pro conference. Students performed many colorful dances full with fun and frolic after the long day spent with guest lectures, presentations, competitions and many more. The event was attended by guest speakers, dignitaries, faculty members and students.

Reloading ceremony of Abhiruchi

( Date- 26 September ) The event was done well as expected. It was in the presence of dignitaries including Honorable Chancellor Sir. The event got full response from the audience. All 35 memebers of abhiruchi took part in this including the respective CEO’s.

International Delegates- Cultural Eve Date- 14 November The dance performances were done average but singing rocked the eve. It was in the presence of Vice Chancellor sir and Dr. Rubina Verma. Total no of performers:- 12

Republic Day

( Date- 26 January ) The event was really commendable and liked by everyone. The compering was done very well by CEO Rock-on. A group dance performance with Group singing by 10 students and faculty group singing took place in the event. The event was appreciated by various CEO’s of different clubs and various faculty members. It was done in the presence of dignitaries.

Invertia 2018

( Date- 16,17 February ) 5 events took place ➢ SWAG -Seal it with grace (Dance) ➢ Symphony- Feel the harmony (Singing) ➢ Sangram- Battle of bands (Bandwar) ➢ Gimmick – express your emotion (dramatics) ➢ Dancer Lament- Catch the rhythm (street dance) All the events were done accurately and managed properly. SWAG, dancer lament and symphony took place in the presence of Honorable Chancellor sir whereas sangram took place in the presence of Honorable Dr. KK Gautam Sir. There was a good participation of students in SWAG, Symphony, Gimmick and dancer lament whereas 2 band performances took place in Sangram.

Lotus FEST Many dance and singing performances from our college took place in the Lotus College Fest. 10 Students took part and won 8 trophies in various events held there.

SRMS College Fest – ZEST

Total 16 students took part in various Cultural events of SRMS college. A total number of 9 Trophies were won by students in singing , dancing and stand up comedy.

IIT Roorkee 15 Students took part in the fest of IIT Roorkee and won various prizes including consolation prize.

Dastaan- Khubsurat Palon ki yaadei

( Date- 20 March ) The rock-on event in which all traditional dances were performed by the students. On the songs of Sri Devi, Rekha, Devanand etc students performed various dance numbers. Categories- Solo, Duet and Group Judges of the event- Mrs. Shilpi Dixit, Mrs. Shivangi Ghadiyal The solo and duet performances were executed beautifully but there was lack of coordination in group performances due to shortage of time. Overall event was done beautifully and managed properly. It was done in the presence of various dignitaries.

PANACHE ACADEMIC RECORD (2017-2018)

Ice-cream Stick modelling: The event was about, How students use their creativity and imagination to build a model using ice-cream sticks. It was team event more than 20 teams participated in this event. Art Supplies were provided to participants. Winners were provided with appreciation certificates & Trophy.

Wool Decoro The event was about to make the decorative items with the use of wool. It Couple Event More than 25 Teams participated. Art Supplies were provided to participants. Winners were provided with appreciation certificates & Trophy.

RELOADING OF ABHIRUCHI- Date-06-08-2018

One Dance performance was done by all 35 members of Abhiruchi ,under the guidance of professional choreographers and team ROCK ON.

Indulgence- the food fest

The 2 hours event was done to propagate the indulgence event that held in hotel Oberoi on 8th and 9th sep 2018. The team ROCK ON gave an extended welcome to the executives from Hotel Oberoi through some fascinating performances which includes Group dance,standup comedy and duet singing ,to openly promote the event and wished them a grand success. The event was meant to introduce the Indulgance amongst the students of invertis for maximum crowd and fun available at the indulgence. The event was in close association with CRC head Mr. varun Sharma and it was an opportunity for Rock on to introduce the invertis with the rush of talents we hold at our university.

AAVEG -the sports meet 2018 (INAUGURAL CEREMONY)

The event was held on 1st oct 2018. To hamper the inaugural ceremony at sports fest Aaveg 2018, Performances like Ganesh Vandana, bhangra, western group dance and duet performance we’re made to entertain the students including outside participants. The performances was made after 10 days of regular practice session guided and coordinated by choreographer and the team rock on. The event was successfully completed with triumph of victory and joy.

• This event was held on 22 february 2019 • 13 solo, 5 duets and 5 groups participated • Winners were given appreciation certificates and Trophy whereas participants were given participation certificates Contestants gave their best to give a tough competition to other competitors. Everyone enjoyed the event thoroughly.

BREAKAWAY

• This event was held on 23 february 2019 • It was a street dance competition • 50 participants participated in the same It was a open dance competition. We received a very positive feedback from the audience. They enjoyed it a lot. This event held in three way.

ANTAKSHARI 2019

• This Event held on 23 february 2019 • 10 pairs participated in the Event • Faculty participated along with students Participants sang the songs from all the era. They were beating each other Very toughly. Even faculty participated.

AAWAZ

• This event was held on 22 february 2019 • It was a singing competition • There were 2 categories: solo & duet Which participated in the Event.

Singing competition was the main event which held in open in main lawn. Audience applaud was able to tell how thoroughly they enjoyed it

WOMEN EMPOWERMENT-ABH NAARI KI BAARI

This event organized in respect of Women’s Day, It was Theme based Poster making competition.(AB NARI KI BAARI). This event was organized with the collaboration of Hindustan Times Newspaper. More than 50 students have participated & Winner are Awarded in the Function which was organized by Hindustan Times on the occasion of Women’s Day.

“Talent wins games, but team-work and intelligence wins championships”. The most awaited Annual sports event of viz. AAVEG’18 was held for the third time from 4th October to 6th October, 2018. This national level sports meet (event) was at its full swing with the participation of more than 25 universities from all over India. These include:“The University”, “The Galogotias Educational Institutions”, “Graphic , Dehradun”, “Graphic Era University, Bhimtal”, “IMS, Ghaziabad”, “GLA, Mathura” etc.. Championships of Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Chess, Table Tennis and Counter Strike: Global offensive were held. The chief guest of the event, the Mayor of and the Chancellor of Invertis University,Dr.Umesh Gautam, and Master Parth Gautam, were escorted by the convenor of the event Mr.Vikas Kumar for the Inaugural Ceremony on 4th October. Spectacular and impressive dance performances presented by the students of Invertis University, rendered the spectators, speechless and awestruck. The convenor of the event presented a token of love and respect to the chief guest.The trophies were unveiled by the chief-guest along with the convenor. Over 500 players and officials from different colleges and universities have participated in AAVEG’18. The league matches in various sports started from the morning of 4th October,2018. With the commencement of the event, the air was filled with cheering and tons of encouragement for the players. On 5th October the quarter-finals and semi-finals were conducted, with the winning teams heading towards the finals. On 6th October the finals were conducted, which borne the following winners: Cricket: Invertis University, Bareilly Football: Galgotias educational institutionsVolleyball (boys): IMS, Ghaziabad Volleyball (girls): Invertis University, Bareilly Basketball (boys): Galgotias Educational Institutions Basketball (girls): GLA, MathuraChess:GLA, Mathura Table Tennis: Delhi University Counter Strike: Invertis University (undisputed) Valedictory function (prize distribution) was conducted on 6th October at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium in the presence of Dr.P.P. Singh, Dean Student Welfare, Dr.R.K.Shukla, Dean Engineering, Dr.Manish Gupta, Dean Management,Mr. Ajay Indian, Chief Proctor who have presented trophies and medals to the winners and runners of the different championships.AAVEG’18 ended with a thriller: The DJ Night. The players danced their way and rejoiced in the glory of this grand event.

One dance performance were done for the opening and closing of “ORIENTATION CEREMONY “ The performance were done by all the members of abhiruchi including CEO’s of respective clubs,under the guidance of professional choreographers and team ROCK ON.

INDEPENDENCE DAY

The Independence Day reminds us for the sacrifices of the freedom fighters. On the special day of independence,ROCK ON the cultural club organised a dance and singing performances and celebrates the bravery of our fathers and their gift of freedom.

Hip - Hop dance workshop

At the very beginning of the session 2018-19 I.e on the month of August, team ROCK ON has successfully conducted a 2 days hip-hop dance workshop on 27th and 28th of August , to make the event more fascinating approx 130 students had actively participated under the guidance of a professional choreographer Mr.Vikas Sani and team ROCK ON.

Personality development workshop NURTURE- change wisely

The two days workshop was organised by team ROCK ON ,where more than 165 students had participated . The event was hosted by Mrs. Ankita Kochhar who is a fashion influencer and blogger by profession . The event was held on 5th and 6th of November .

Republic Day celebration

On every year, to make the auspicious occasion of Republic Day more special , team ROCK ON used to give a small tribute to our freedom fighters ,through some performances like dance and singing .

Diwali night

To make the Diwali celebration more special ,Some cultural performances like Bhangra dance ,singing and Ramayana act was performed by the students under the guidance of team ROCK ON . The Diwali night celebration is organised by team Abhiruchi on 25th of October and gets started from 7:pm onwards in the main lawn of the university.

Event was nicely conducted and was appreciated by every faculty and every student. With the help of our team we was able to make this event a grand success. Special thanks to the CEO of our club.

Streez The street dance Date : 20February 2020 Venue : Three way junction No. of participants - 46 Judges : Mr. Vikas Saini , Mr. Aditya Saxena , Ms. Khushi

Winners were awarded with certificates of appreciation and trophy. Participants were awarded with participation certificates. The event was full of fun and excitement.

Danspiration 2.0

Contestants gave there power pack performances and with lots of participation from other colleges this was one of the best event in invertia 2020.

Workshop on Painting & Sketching

Panache- the arts club has conducted the workshop on Painting & Skecthing By Ar.Upasana Pandey. Particpants have filled the registration forms,More than 150 students attended the workshop.They got live demonstration of Painting by Ar.Upasana Pandey and learned lots of Tips & Techniques by Miss Upasana. Indeed it was very useful lesson for the Students. Participants were also provided with art supplies.

Art Fest

In this event Multiple events are conducted simultaneously i.e Painting, Crafting, Sketching, Mehndi & Rangooli. More than 200 students Participated, Art supplies are also provided to students for sale. Team Panache also prepared personalized gift Hamper for all the Judges, Ceo’s , Honourable Chancellor sir & Executive Chairperson. The main aim of conducting this event is provide Platform to all kind of students to showcase their Artistic Skills

Panache- the arts club conducted online Mandala workshop by Kashika Arora (Mandala Artist) The main purpose of conducting this workshop is to maximise the Quarantine time as Team Panache firmly believes that learning Should Never Stop. Workshop is conducted through Zoom App More than 50 students attended the Workshop, Learned tips and tricks of Mandala arts.
