The Essex County Council (Byway 1, Little Henny/Byway 13, Middleton, Byway 3, Pentlow, Byway 13 & 55, High Roding and Byway 50, Clavering) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 201* Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) and 3(2) and Part III of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To introduce an annual Prohibition of Motor Vehicles between the 1 November to 31 March on the following length of Byway 1, Little Henny/Byway 13, Middleton, Byway 3, Pentlow, Byway 13 & 55, High Roding and Byway 50, Clavering in the District of Uttlesford and Braintree as specified: Byway Description Alternative Route Byway 1, From the northern end of Lodge Farm Lane in a generally No alternative route Little north easterly direction to the Parish boundary where it Henny/Byway continues as Byway 13, Middleton to its western end junction 13, Middleton with The Street, Middleton. Byway 13 & Byway 55 from its junction with Porters Lane, High Roding Rands Road – 55, High proceeding east then north to join eastern leg of Byway 13 B184 The Street Roding which joins Rands Road opposite Country Farm the western and vice versa leg Rands Road north west of Attridge’s Farm. The total distance of 1980 metres. Byway 50, From the southern end known as The Druce, Clavering in a Poor Bridge Road – Clavering southerly then generally easterly direction along Chalkpit Stortford Road – Lane then southerly direction to join Poor Bridge Road, a total High Street, distance of 1780 metres. Clavering and vice versa.
