URGENT NOTICE Reg. : D estruction of Unclaimed Certified Copies prepared till 31 st D ecember, 2017 and A pplication for Supply of Certified Copies (Under Objection) upto 31 st D ecember, 2017. Advocates/Litigants are requested to please contact the Certified Copy Counter at the Filing Counter (Original Side) on any working day (during working hours i.e. 10.30 AM to 1.00 PM & 2.00 PM to 3.00 PM) to collect the certified copies prepared till 31st December, 2017 lying ready for delivery pursuant to the applications made. It is notified that if the said certified copies are not collected by 19th January, 2019, the same would be destroyed immediately thereafter, without any further notice and the amount deposited for such attested copy shall stand forfeited in view of Rule 10A added in Chapter 5, High Court Rules & Orders Vol.-V, as well as the note written on the receipt issued for supply of Certified Copy, to the effect “in case the attested copy is not collected within 120 days from the date of its preparation, it will be destroyed and the amount deposited for such attested copy shall stand forfeited“.
