Denver Nuggets- adult PARTICIPATION, LIABILITY WAIVER/RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT I hereby request that the Denver Nuggets (“Nuggets”) allow me to participate in certain on-court activities at the Pepsi Center on Thursday, March 10, 2016 (the “Activities”). I certify that I am in good mental and physical condition. I understand and assume the inherent risks associated with performing the Activities, which may include but are not necessarily limited to running, jumping, playing basketball and participating in strenuous physical activities on various surfaces, including but not limited to the hardwood floor of the court and tile floor of the concourses. In consideration of the Nuggets allowing me to participate in the Activities, to the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself and my personal and legal representatives, assigns, heirs, children, dependents, spouses, relatives, parents anyone else who might claim or sue on my behalf (collectively, the “Releasing Parties”), agree not to sue and forever release, waive and discharge the Nuggets, the Pepsi Center, the NBA, NBA Properties, Inc., NBA Entertainment, Inc., KMS Sports, LLC, KMS Ball, LLC, Kroenke Sports & Entertainment, LLC, KMS Center, LLC, Altitude Sports & Entertainment, and the City and County of Denver, each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parents companies and, if applicable, political subdivisions, and each of the aforementioned entities’ respective employees, governors, affiliates, agents, partners, shareholders, directors, owners, members, representatives, officers, attorneys, vendors, sponsors, players, licensees and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”) from any and all liability to me and any other of the Releasing Parties for any and all claims, causes of action, losses, judgments, liens, costs, demands or damages that are caused by or arise from my participation in any Activities (including but not limited to any injury (including death) to my person or property regardless of the cause(s) of such injury and any use of my Image (defined below)). -

MEDIA INFORMATION TO THE MEDIA: Welcome to the 30th season of Kings basketball in Sacramento. The Kings media relations department will do everything possible to assist in your coverage of the club during the 2014-15 NBA season. If we can ever be of assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. In an effort to continue to provide a professional working environment, we have established the following media guidelines. CREDENTIALS: Single-game press credentials can be reserved by accredited media members via e-mail (creden- [email protected]) until 48 hours prior to the requested game (no exceptions). Media members covering the Kings on a regular basis will be issued season credentials, but are still required to reserve seating for all games via email at [email protected] to the media relations office by the above mentioned deadline. Credentials will allow working media members entry into Sleep Train Arena, while also providing reserved press seating, and access to both team locker rooms and the media press room. In all cases, credentials are non-transferable and any unauthorized use will subject the bearer to ejection from Sleep Train Arena and forfeiture of the credential. All single-game credentials may be picked-up two hours in advance of tip-off at the media check-in table, located at the Southeast security entrance of Sleep Train Arena. PRESS ROOM: The Kings press room is located on the Southeast side of Sleep Train Arena on the operations level and will be opened two hours prior to game time. NATIONAL LACROSSE LEAGUE - FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - NATIONAL LACROSSE LEAGUE AND TSN ANNOUNCE LANDMARK MULTI-YEAR PARTNERSHIP FOR CANADA FIRST-OF-ITS-KIND PARTNERSHIP FOR LACROSSE INCLUDES BOTH LINEAR TELEVISION AND LIVE STREAMING COVERAGE OF NLL GAMES PHILADELPHIA and TORONTO, ON – July 8th, 2021 – The National Lacrosse League (@NLL), the largest and most successful professional lacrosse property in the world, today announced an historic partnership with TSN, Canada’s Sports Leader, to bring games to Canadians across broadcast and live streaming platforms for the first time since 2016. The new agreement is the league’s most comprehensive Canadian broadcast partnership in its 35-year history, and marks the next in a series of major steps the league has taken in recent months as it moves towards returning to play on December 3, 2021. The multi-year media rights partnership between the NLL and TSN includes exclusive rights to the regular season “NLL Game of the Week,” as well as comprehensive playoff action, including the NLL Championship Series. TSN also delivers NLL coverage to TSN and TSN Direct subscribers through live streaming on its digital platforms, TSN.ca and the TSN app. Schedule details and additional content information will be announced in the coming months.
