RECOMMENDATION 1.1 The Committee is asked to note the applications, detailed in the Appendix, granted approval under delegated powers. 2. INTRODUCTION 2.1 In terms of the Scheme of Delegation to officers, the Director of Planning and Transport is authorised to approve planning applications in accordance with the Development Plan, the Local Plans or established policies and where there are no objections, except those which raise a general issue affecting a large area, or are of major land or economic development significance. 3.
