Benn Buys, Audit Manager, and Lane Farr, Legislative Auditor, Office of the Legislative Auditor General, presented on the audit report: "A Performance Audit of the Permanent Community Impact Fund."

The committee asked questions of the presenters.

Jonathan Hardy, Director, Division of Housing and Community Development, Department of Workforce Services, responded to the audit report and answered committee questions.

MOTION: Rep. Harrison moved to open a committee bill file to address the recommendations of the audit, as well as to place this item on a future meeting agenda. The motion passed with a vote of 13 - 0 - 4.
