The system can brake, accelerate and steer in all speed ranges. With the further developed Active Brake Assist with a combined radar and camera system, the space in front of the truck can now be monitored even better. The driver is supported in the event of an impending collision, if necessary with full emergency braking. Enhanced safety is provided also with the new mirror cams, which replace the exterior mirrors. Newsletter published six times a year and special issues when needed. From the Editor Hi everyone, Those of you who were not there, are the one’s that missed out on a great time, making new acquaintances and lots of great buys. Yes, I’m speaking about the Pre War Swap Meet that takes place each March in Chickasha, OK. Like every year before, there was a great time had by all that attended. Lots and lots of vendors showing their goods and beautiful cars to be had for the right price. For myself, this year’s trip to the candy store began a good twenty four hours before the meet was to begin, simply to be there when the vendor’s started to arrive. Remember the old saying “The early bird get’s the worm”. In this case, it was true. My quest this year was to find a very special part that would enable me to complete my REO build that has now gone past the completion time allowed to the project. The plans for the carriage had been completed and put up on the website quite a while back and the actual build, for the most part had been done for almost a year now, except for the final steps of painting and reassembly. Thus, the reason for not having any colored pictures on the REO Plans Page of the HCR.com Website.

China, Hubei Province, Wuhan City, China Pr. Wei Long Professor, Wuhan University of Technology, P.R. China, Hubei Province, Wuhan City, China Abtract: From almost nothing in 1970 to the World largest manufacturer and automobile market in 2013, China has essentially focused its rapid economic progress on industrial development. This paper discusses the meaning of middle income to the developing world. It then determines the factors contributing to the growth of China auto industry. It also argues on how the fast growing of a middle income country’s auto industry could impact other developing economies. It therefore concludes that although the economic model established by China to develop its auto industry traces its basis in the diamond model’s determinants, the application of these determinants has followed a different approach backed up by a pentagram model which places the government as the primary actor in the fast transformation of China auto industry. Keywords: Middle income, growing auto industry, pentagram model, government role 1. Introduction During the last decades, the world has witnessed a faster economic development of Middle income countries. China, Brazil, India, Mexico, South Africa and more others have relatively ameliorate their industrial capabilities with positive spillovers to the rest of the world.
