A weekly plan is shared each week to help support players and assist in keeping them active. This plan is most suitable for those involved in the 15-a-side game. This weeks plan is the Week 9 edition of the Home Skills and Conditioning Programme and consists of ball control and catch-pass skills in addition to some condi- tioning. The link to the training programme is https:// www.munsterrugby.ie/domestic_news/individual-home-skills -conditioning-programme-week-9/ On the web page there is also a link for content to keep Minis and Primary School aged children active during the current lockdown. The videos focus on catching, kicking, running and evasion, fundamental movement skills and more. The aim of the videos is to offer some FUN rugby and movement activities to do at home and to support chil- dren during the Level 5 lockdown while continuing to grow their capacities and understanding of some core physical literacy components. Cork. ii AUTHORS NOTE & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT When the Cork Constitution Club celebrated the centenary of its foundation I had the privilege of writing the history. Now I have been entrusted with updating that chronicle. While obviously the emphasis will be on the events of the last twenty-five years - the most momentous period in the history of rugby union - as a tribute to the founding fathers, the first chapter of the original history will yet again appear. While it would not be practical to include a detailed history of the first 100 years chapter two is a brief resume of the achievements of the first fifty years and likewise chapter three embraces the significant events of the second fifty years in the illustrious history of one of Ireland’s great sporting institutions. There follows the detailed history and achievements, and they were considerable, of the last twenty five years. I owe a considerable debt of gratitude to many people for their help during the compilation of this book. In that regard I would particularly like to thank Noel Walsh, the man with whom I liaised during the writing of the book.
