In the 50-46 Vassar win, the Brewers never trailed but held only a slim lead for most of the game, with the Saints drawing within one with 6:24 to play. The Brewers refused to relinquish the lead, however, and held on for the historic victory. • Senior forward Emily Haeuser led the Brewers with a game-high 21 points and ten rebounds, her sixth double-double of the season. In a strong all-around performance, sophomore guard Brittany Parks added 14 points on 6-for-10 shooting and contributed eight rebounds, five steals, and three assists in 40 minutes of play. Sophomore forward Kristyn Tempora was Vassar’s only other scorer with more than two points, chipping in ten points and three assists. The Brewers overcame 28 turnovers and a 12-for-21 day at the free throw line in the win, holding a significant 48-32 advantage on the boards. • Abby Stanton led the Saints with 16 points and a game-high 13 rebounds, while Casey Capello added ten points and seven steals.
