Hit Songs Deconstructed Deconstructing Today's Hits for Songwriting Success http://reports.hitsongsdeconstructed.com Who’s Writing the Hits? During the first quarter of 2011 (January – March), there were a total of 101 credited songwriters involved in writing the 22 top 10 Pop songs that passed through the Billboard Pop Songs Chart during the period. Of those songwriters, 16 of them were involved in writing two or more hits. Below is a list of those songwriters and the songs that they were involved in writing. Additionally, we look at “hit songwriter connections”, showing how some of these hit-makers collaborate with one another on various projects.
