LMB has attached an Engineering Statement (the "Engineering Statement") demonstrating that this petition is in full accord with Commission minimum distance separation and city grade coverage requirements. Grant ofthe requested channel reallocation would result in a preferential arrangement of allotments as provided in the Commission's change of community procedures by promoting a fust local transmission service to LaPorte and by more than doubling the population served.
