David Jocelyn, Ground Curator One exceptional result was an 805 break at the Evandale Club at the Tasmanian Nationals ACTA EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE “BOARD OF DIRECTORS” by 14 year old Mitchell Iles. An incredible result of which I am sure is not the last. PATRONS Congratulations Mitchell - from all of the ACTA Executive Committee and membership. The Right Honourable Malcolm Fraser, A.C., C.H., Mrs Kay Hull At both of these events I spoke to numerous shooters and answered questions that they PRESIDENT had relative to the future of the ACTA. I also had the opportunity to take questions of Mr Allan Vilcins which I will provide answers direct to these persons in the near future. VICE PRESIDENTS Mr Ron Traill, Mr Robert Fox At an informal shooters meeting and BBQ organised by the ACTA at the ISSF Nationals MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE there were several suggestions made to the organisation for improvement along with the Mr Ron Traill — Mr Robert Fox Mr Arty Del-Ben — Mr Gary Read offer of assistance by individuals. This positive input will be provided to the Executive Mr Neil Haydon Committee at its next meeting for which I know they will be thankful for the support. EXECUTIVE There was also a formal meeting of shooters held on a later date. I have asked this meeting Mrs Cheryl Arnol, Mr David Howe, Mr Don Johnson, Mr Terry Marsden, Mr Gary Hayden, to provide the minutes for placement on the ACTA website for the information of all Mr Brian Muirson, Mrs Elaine Forward OAM, members. These minutes will also provide the names of several ISSF competitors that are Mr Robert Nugent, Mr Bronte Evans, Mr Kim Hibble interested in attending AISL meetings as an “Athletes Delegate” and the “International LIFE REGISTERED SHOOTERS Shooting Committee” at Executive Committee meetings. J Houston†, H. G. James†, D. B. Mott†, W. E. H. Rainbird. O.B.E.†, J. M. Wilson†, One of the questions asked at the BBQ was relative to prizes and sponsorship for the J. M. Tyquin†, K. Soames†, N. Mules†, are provided badges and sashes only. I am sure that in all events conducted by the ACTA A.N. Rowe†, L.G. Connors (PP)†, W. Jones (PP)† members would like to have payouts or prizes, however this requires sponsors. If you are R.M. Holtfreter (PP)†, N.
