Box 4010 Funderland Sacramento, California 9581 2-4010 Gilroy Gardens Theme Park E-mail: [email protected] Golfland Entertainment Centers Re: Proposition 65 Warning Regulation Knott's Berry Farm Dear Ms. Vela: LEGOLAND California The California Parks and Attractions Association (CAPA) submits these Pacific Park comments to the May 20, 2016 Updated version of the proposed Clear Palace Entertainment and Reasonable Warnings regulation. These comments focus solely on the modifications made to the March 25, 2016 version that affect amusement Pixieland Amusement Park parks. Redwood Valley Railway Source of Exposure Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk The March 25, 2016 version added a new provision to section 25607.23 that required amusement parks to identify "the affected area and the SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment source of the exposure" in all warnings posted at the entrance to the parks. CAPA commented in its April 26, 2016 letter that such a requirement was Six Flags Discovery inconsistent with the thrust of the previous versions of the regulation to Kingdom provide such detail in OEHHA's P65 warning website rather than in a Six Flags Magic Mountain complicated warning sign that visitors would find overwhelming. Sonoma Train Town Moreover, CAP A expressed concern that the added language imposed a confusing burden on parks and would subject them to increased litigation. The Wave Water Park Also, CAP A questioned the legality of such a change being made Universal Parks and Resorts pursuant to the 15-day notice process.

  • 2 0 1 9 Annual Repor T
Six Flags Entertainment Corporation 2019 ANNUAL REPOR T 924 Avenue J East Grand Prairie, Texas 75050 972-595-5000 www.sixflags.com Dear Six Flags Stockholders: Even as the world grapples with the implications of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, I am enthusiastic to lead the Company toward a new phase of long-term growth. The Company has a great history, an enduring brand, and a dedicated and talented team of employees. We are committed to providing unique and thrilling experiences that create lifelong memories for our guests. Recently, the Company has encountered challenges. Core revenue growth has slowed while labor costs have accelerated, and our international licensing projects have not delivered as expected. We will ensure we have the best leadership team with the right skills, critical experiences, and differentiated organizational capability aimed at delivering superior results. We will hold ourselves accountable for following through on our commitments. We see an opportunity to reaccelerate profitable growth in our core park business, but this will require investments in infrastructure and technology to improve the parks’ appearance, culinary, productivity, and supply chain. Our business transformation will require us to invest in the end-to-end guest experience. Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic we temporarily closed our parks beginning in mid-March. This has caused us to delay these investments and scale back spending of expenses and capital until business operations begin to normalize. Rest assured, however, that we are positioning ourselves so that we are ready to aggressively resume our business transformation plans as soon as prudently possible. On behalf of the directors, officers, and employees of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, I would like to express our appreciation for your continued investment and support.
