This Book presents Statistics on various aspects of Socio-Economic Development in various sectors of the District. The Hand Book of Statistics, 2018 is a part of series of publications made every year. The Statistical Data in respect of various departments and schemes being implemented in the district are compiled in a systematic and scientific manner so as to reflect the progress made under various sectors during the year. The sector-wise progress is depicted in nutshell under the chapter “DISTRICT AT A GLANCE” apart from Mandal-wise data. I hope this book will serve as a useful source of information for the Planners, Administrators, Bankers, Developmental Agencies, Research Scholars and general public involved in the formulation and implementation of various developmental schemes in the District.
