Net assets per share, basic earnings per share, and diluted earnings per share are computed using the number of shares issued at end of the period and the average number of shares of common stock during the period, which are calculated by subtracting the number of treasury shares from these shares. These treasury shares include the treasury shares remaining in Board Benefit Trust, Employee Stock Ownership Plan Trust and Employee Shareholding Association-type ESOP Trust. 3.
