Thanks to full electric mode, the New Jeep® Compass Plug-in Hybrid 4xe is born to be two cars in one with petrol engine dedicated to the propulsion of the front wheels, and the Plug-in Hybrid reserved for the rear ones. The propulsive synergy of the plug-in hybrid system performs with a 130 or 180 hp gas engine dedicated to the front axle combined with addictional 44kW (60hp) from electric unit reserved for the rear wheels. The New

Jeep® Compass power output ranges from 190 hp to 240 hp, depending on the trim. The electric motor system is powered by an 11.4 kWh battery, which can recharge onboard during deceleration through regenerative braking, or can be connected to an external domestic or public charging station. With a fully charged battery, the New Jeep® Compass can drive up to 50 km in full electric mode*.
