Gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge, sunshine and Storm Peak are Steamboat’s particular claim to fame, with legendary Champagne Powder snow in the trees for the most avid powder hounds. [email protected] FYI We will ski 4 days at Steamboat and at the end of the ski day on Wednesday we will board a bus to head to Winter Park Resort where we will ski another 2 days. The drive between locations in 2 hours. Space Availability All spots on this trip will be filled on a first come - first served basis, and are secured ONLY with payment of the initial deposit. Trip participants must also become a paid member of the AE Ski Club for the 2018/2019 season; enrollment opens 7/1/2018. In the past these trips have sold out very quickly, so do not delay. A waiting list will be formed, if necessary. Payment Policy You can pay by check or money order payable to the AE Ski Club. Sorry, we don’t accept credit cards. Checks returned as unpaid by the bank will be assessed a $20.00 fee per occurrence. The following payment plan has been set up: • Deposit plus membership fees for 2018/2019 – enroll / re-enroll online @ www.aeskiclub.com due at sign up • Second and final payment depending on your lift ticket choice is due October 1, 2018 (see breakout below) Trip insurance is highly recommended at sign-up for cancellation. If you need to cancel, you must provide written notice to the trip leaders. Charges will apply (per person) based upon the date of receipt of written cancellation notice: Receipt of Written Cancellation Notice Amount Charged for Cancellation Any cancelation prior Sept 1st $200.00 October 1st $1,000.00 November 1st $1,500.00 After December 10th NO REFUND Every effort will be made to substitute from the waiting list (if there is one) for anyone who must cancel. Any questions about the cancellation policy should be directed to your trip leaders. Changes in the itinerary will result in a $100 change fee, plus any additional charges from the airline or travel agent as a result of the change. That is if the change is possible.
