Bobbe Ann Chamberlin Kerr, Class of 1972, is currently a self – employed as a Math Tutor, Web Designer, Owner of Twisted Creek Land and Cattle (Brangus ranch), man- ager of a Christian book store and President, Mozart Music www.mozartm.com, a na- tionally advertised music publisher. She maintains www.ChristianScienceHouston.com and is developing www.HeavenlyBednBath.com.

She has been blissfully happily married to Dr. David Wallis Kerr for 33 years now and their son is doing an outstanding job in computers in the Army.

During the summer of 2000 her family (11 of them) went to Edinburgh, Scotland where Bobbe was born. Then, 4 of them continued the trip to Barcelona, Spain and then to Paris, France.

After she quit public school teaching in 2002, she did some genealogy, compiled a Dawn Keogh (Class of book of family recipes (over 100 pages long) and collected inspirational quotes and 1973) and her daughter, photos. Charlotte [email protected]

Karen Corley Elliott ,Class of 1973, lives in Austin and attended the Alumni gathering in Austin at Starlite in Febru- ary. She left Keystone for High School but has “always had a special place in my heart for the school’. Karent’s mother, Karen, was the first debate coach at Keystone. [email protected]

Responding to Annette Cantu Garcia’s (Class of 1982) e-mail about finding her old cheerleading sweater, Doris Soares responded: Please let Frankie and all the other young whippersnappers know that we former Keystone cheerleaders don't die out or fade away---we just morph into responsible, law-abiding, tax-paying adults! (smile) As a Keystone Cobra Varsity cheerleader in 1973, I had lovingly kept my mini-megaphone, gold pendant necklace and pom-poms in my bedroom at home throughout college and law school. One vacation when I went home, they had mysteriously disappeared and were no longer on display atop my lingerie chest. When questioned, my mother breezily informed me that she figured I was too old to want that stuff and she had either boxed it up in the garage or ditched it on trash day. She did, however, offer the consolation that she had cut off the Varsity letter "K" from my velveteen formal uniform and placed it in a drawer. The sim- ple truth is that, while it would be hazardous to my current health to attempt a flying split and while I may not cut quite as dashing a figure in a short skirt as I did at 15, somewhere inside this middle-aged body beats the heart of a teenaged girl leaping in the air for the sheer joy of it.... We Texans transplanted to New England are enjoying a relatively mild early-December, but can't wait to get home to authentic barbecue and tamales! Give my regards to all the Class of 1974---what an eclectic, diverse and promising group of teens were we!!!
