Dear Gliding friends,

Spring is coming here in France and sailing season has just begun, and we hope Covid 19 will not be an obstacle for our great competition. We remind Pilots and Team Captains that the final entries will be due on April 30, 2021. So far, we have received 112 preliminary entries from 24 countries. This number looks good for the time being, but we are sure that the registrations will increase. We are working hard with the organization of WGC 2021 in Montluçon-Guéret to be ready on time with these pandemic constraints. At the present we are preparing the airfield, and we are working on the Local Procedures to be published by April 30 or middle of May at the latest. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any question or proposal. We are looking forward to welcome you at the World Gliding Championships 2021 in Montluçon-Guéret! Kind regards,

Thierry PARIS, Competition Director
