Pac-12 Women’s Basketball // March 5, 2019 Pac-12 Women’s Basketball // March 5, 2019 3 2019 PAC-12 WOMEN’S BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT MGM GRAND GARDEN ARENA, LAS VEGAS, NEV. THURSDAY-SUNDAY, MARCH 7-10

After a record-setting six years in Seattle, the 18th-annual Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament presented by New York Life heads to Las Vegas for two years. The 2019 tournament will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena from March 7-10, 2019 and will receive unprecendented television coverage once again as each game of the tournament is scheduled to be televised either on the Pac-12 Networks or ESPN2. The tournament made its debut in 2002 and has been held annually since. The University of Oregon campus was host the first season. The Conference’s premier women’s sporting event then moved to HP Pavilion in San Jose for a six-year run (2003-08). It spent four years (2008-2012) in Los Angeles, with Galen Center playing host. The final two-year run of the event saw it combined with the men’s tournament, and the semifinal and championship games were played at the STAPLES Center. The tournament then moved to Seattle’s KeyArena for six years where it saw record attendance numbers each year. The winner of the 12-team tournament receives the league’s automatic bid to the NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championship. The tournament seeds and regular-season Conference Champion are determined by the 18-game regular- season Pac-12 schedule.

12 Pac-12 Women’s Basketball // March 5, 2019 2019 Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament – Game and Press Conference Feeds March 7-10, 2019 MGM Garden Arena, Las Vegas, NV

Television/Video Policy: During the games, live television coverage on the court will be limited to the originating entity only (either Pac-12 Networks or ESPN2). All oth- er television stations must take a feed of game action. A press bridge will be available in the media workroom for distribution of the game feed. Kesava Washington ([email protected], 925-978-3223) and Aaron Baird ([email protected], 541.974.3618) will be the contacts for the press bridge. [Note: only Pac-12 Networks (including Marketing/Digital), ESPN, video board (VWBSN) and institutional/team videographers are permitted to shoot game action.]

Game Feed [Pac-12 Networks games one (1) through 10]: In addition to gathering the live feed through the media work room press bridge for highlight purposes, television stations can capture the Pac-12 Networks game feeds through Vyvx/Level 3. To order a feed, send a request to [email protected]. For technical questions, contact Laura Podolak at 415.515.5267 or Pac-12 Networks main transmission at 415.580.4450.

Pac-12 Networks also will provide access to download select highlights from the 10 games televised by Pac-12 Networks. This download will not be available for the Championship game. Please send an email to [email protected] to obtain credentials to download. Please do so in advance of the first game, so there is time to distribute the information. The credentials will NOT be game specific, so once you’ve requested access, you will be able to download highlights from all 10 games. If you have any questions about the downloadable highlights, please contact Laura Podolak at [email protected] or 415.515.5267.

Game Feed (Championship game on ESPN2): The live feed is available through the media workroom press bridge for highlight purposes, or television stations can capture the ESPN2 game off television.

Press Conference Feed: Television affiliates interested in securing video of the post-game press conferences can capture the feeds through Vyvx/Level 3. To order a feed, send a request to [email protected]. For technical questions, contact Laura Podolak at 415.515.5267 or main transmission at 415.580.4450. [Vyvxx reservation # 4739760 – PAC-12 Women’s Basketball Pressers (3/7/19 11:30 PST to 3/10/19 00:00 x30 PST.)]

The post-game press conferences will also be available on the Pac-12 Conference Facebook page (Pac12Conference), @pac12network on Twitter, Pac-12.com and the Pac-12 Now app. Each press conference will appear live and the Twitter and Facebook steams will archive as VODs.
