Dr. St. George retired from UCLA School of Dentistry in 1970 and began practicing in Maywood with Dr. Waldman. In 1984, he opened his own practice in Downey on Paramount Boulevard.

In 2012, he sold the practice to his son, Nicholas St. George DDS. The senior doctor continued to care for his patients and also completed dental exams in the Downey Unified School District.
