How to View & Transfer My Mobile Tickets Churchill Downs Racetrack V20.3 OAKS AND DERBY TICKETS Purchased from Ticketmaster.com If you purchased your Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks tickets from Ticketmaster.com, your tickets will be accessible to you through your My Churchill Downs Account Manager. By purchasing through Ticketmaster.com, an account was automatically created for you. To sign in to your My Churchill Downs Account via mobile or desktop internet browser, visit https://am.ticketmaster.com/churchill. Tap or click on the Sign In / Sign Up link in the top right corner of your screen. If you have yet not signed in to your account, there are two ways to find out your sign in credentials: 1. Tap or click the Forgot your password? link. A temporary password will be sent to the email address you enter. You may use that temporary password to sign in and you will be prompted to update your password. 2. If your temporary password does not work, your account may be locked due to inactivity or associated to an alternate email address. Please email [email protected] for sign in assistance. Subsequent events will have a later date. 3 MOBILE ENTRY via the Churchill Downs Racetrack App STEP 1: Download and open the Churchill Downs Racetrack App on your mobile device. Tap on the My Tickets banner on the home screen or ticket icon on the bottom tool bar. *If you already have the Churchill Downs Racetrack mobile app, please update the app to the most recent version.* *If you have difficulties signing in, sometimes deleting the app and re-downloading assures that your device has the most up-to-date version.* STEP 2: Tap the Scan, Transfer, or Sell banner to manage tickets that have already been purchased. STEP 3: Enter the email address and password associated with your My Churchill 4 Downs Account and tap Sign In. MOBILE ENTRY via the Churchill Downs Racetrack App STEP 4: If there is also a Ticketmaster.com account associated with that email address, a prompt will appear that allows you to link the accounts. If you would like to see all of your Churchill Downs tickets in one place, enter the password associated with your Ticketmaster.com account and tap Link Accounts. Once signed in, you will see all upcoming Churchill Downs events you have tickets to that may be managed. *This step is only required to access your Ticketmaster.com tickets through the Churchill Downs Racetrack app. STEP 5: To view mobile barcodes, tap on the event you are attending. When the ticket(s) populate, tap View Barcode toward the bottom left. Your first seat will be displayed and ready to scan for entry. To view additional tickets for present members of your party, swipe left. You may scroll through all active barcodes at the entrance gates. It is recommended that you save your tickets to your smartphone’s wallet for ease of entry on race day. Please note that not all events are eligible for mobile device ticket viewing. 5 Tap the X in the top left corner to exit barcode view. TRANSFER SINGLE EVENT TICKETS via the Churchill Downs Racetrack App STEP 1: Tap on the event for the tickets you wish to transfer. STEP 2: Tap the Transfer button in the bottom left of your screen. In the pop-up window, select each seat you would like to transfer. Once you are finished, tap Transfer To in the bottom right corner of your screen. 6 TRANSFER SINGLE EVENT TICKETS via Churchill Downs Racetrack Mobile App STEP 3: You may transfer your tickets via SMS text message or email. Tap Select From Contacts or Manually Enter A Recipient to identify the guest you would like to transfer your tickets to. STEP 4: Review the seats you are transferring and recipient details for accuracy. Once all the required information is entered and verified, tap Transfer (#) Ticket(s) at the bottom right. If you chose to text the link, your text message app will open with an auto populated message to the recipient. Simply send the message but do not alter the link. The recipient will receive a link to accept or decline your ticket offer via SMS text message or email. All transfer offers have an expiration date depending on the date and time of the ticketed event. You will receive an email notification that tickets have been transferred from your account. Please note that all recipients must have a My Churchill Downs Account Manager log in to accept tickets. If the recipient does not have an account, the recipient will be provided the ability to create an account while accepting the ticket offer. 7 CANCEL TRANSFER via Churchill Downs Racetrack Mobile App STEP 1: While signed in to the Churchill Downs Racetrack App, select the event for the transfer you would like to cancel. STEP 2: Tap on Cancel Transfer beneath any of the tickets you would like to reclaim (transferred tickets will be grouped together in one grey tile). Tap Yes when asked are you sure you want to reclaim this ticket? All tickets that were transferred in a group will be reclaimed together. You will receive an email notification after a transfer is cancelled. 8 ACCEPT OR DECLINE A TRANSFER via mobile Internet browser STEP 1: You may follow the link sent to you via SMS text message or email or visit https://am.ticketmaster.com/churchill on your mobile Internet browser. Sign in to your My Churchill Downs Account Manager. STEP 2: Tap on the View All Tickets link at the bottom of your dashboard. STEP 3: You will see the offer notification at the top of your screen. Tap Accept to accept the ticket offer. The tickets will now be available to manage on your My Churchill Downs Account Manager via Internet browser or mobile app. Alternatively, tap Decline to decline the offer. Both actions will send a notification email to both parties. Please note that all recipients must have a My Churchill Downs Account Manager log in to accept tickets. Today, it draws over 150,000 people to the city of Louisville for one of the biggest, greatest, and most historic sporting events in America. Due to the size of the event, if you are hoping to attend the Derby pre-ISP, you’ll need to start planning sooner rather than later. We’ve put together this guide to help you out. WHAT IS KENTUCKY OAKS? The day before the Kentucky Derby is Kentucky Oaks, the top race in the US for three-year-old female horses. The Kentucky Oaks race is just as historic as the Derby, having also been established in 1875. Spectators are encouraged to wear pink at the Oaks in support of breast cancer and other women’s health issues. WHAT IS THE KENTUCKY DERBY? The Kentucky Derby is one of the longest running sporting events in America. This one and one-quarter mile long race for three-year-old Thoroughbred horses is often called the “Most Exciting Two Minutes in Sports.” The day features 14 races, with the Kentucky Derby being the 12th race. Throughout the day, spectators wager on different horses while sipping mint juleps and sporting their biggest hats and best preppy, pastel Derby attire.     The Kentucky Derby Museum Churchill Downs, Louisville, Kentucky Role: Architect for New Museum Building Area: 45,000 sf Description: In 1982, our firm was selected through a national competition to design a new building for the Kentucky Derby Museum. Located at world- renowned Churchill Downs, the new building has been sited to create an entry courtyard that will impart a sense of arrival that is appropriate to this famous institution. This entry court is flanked on the east by the museum building, on the west by the historic Club House and on the south by the entry portico to Churchill Downs. In order to unify the architectural expression of these two buildings, the front façade of the new Museum is designed as a mirror image of the front of the Club House, with the entry doors of both buildings on an axis with each other. The Museum’s twin spires and slopping roof echo the architecture of the race track structure, which further unifies the Churchill Downs complex. Inside the 45,000 sf three-level building, there are approximately 18,000 sf of public areas, including 12,500 sf of long term and temporary exhibition galleries on two levels, a gift shop, dining facilities, and an auditorium. Outdoor areas south of the museum building will be used for live demonstrations of tracking and saddling, outdoor dining, and additional exhibits. The primary goal of the exhibition program is to tell visitors about horse racing in general and the Kentucky Derby in particular so that they will find their experience at Churchill Downs more interesting and enjoyable.

TwinSpires, one of the largest and most profitable online wagering platforms for horse racing, sports and iGaming in the U.S., and the official wagering partner of the Kentucky Derby, recorded preliminary record handle of $62.7 million on Churchill Downs races for the Kentucky Derby Day program, an increase of 66% over the prior year. TwinSpires recorded preliminary record handle on the Kentucky Derby race alone of $40.8 million, up 75% over 2020. Anderson’s oil and acrylic paintings capture a perspective of the iconic race that is unlike any ever featured, sharing the energy and color that will be on display during each the 146th running of the Kentucky Derby presented by Woodford Reserve and the Longines Kentucky Oaks. As a Louisville native and Brown-Forman employee, Anderson is no stranger to the excitement of the Kentucky Derby and horseracing. He and his art are well known among Louisvillians and Derby fans. This year he completed the stunning Woodford Reserve mural that greets Main Street visitors with a field of racing Thoroughbreds and his art graces Woodford Reserve’s beautiful 2018 and 2019 Official Derby Bottles.
