Weekly Dinner: Dinner served in the Men’s Grille at the end of golf play each week. This will be a plated or buffet for $9.99++Dinner Reservation Required. Sign up for dinner at the Pro Shop each Thursday by 12:00PM.

On the last Thursday of each month, dinner for MEN’S 9-HOLE LEAGUE MEM BERS will be paid by the MEN’S 9HOLE LEAGUE!

This Season Long Tournament Is A HCC Foundation Point Event  Sign-up Deadline: Saturday, April 14  Field is limited to the first 64 teams  All two-man teams will be seeded by blind draw  2017 Winners Will Receive The 1st Round 1 Bye Should Any Be Needed  4-Ball Format using 90% of your current course (not trend)  Low Handicap Player will play to scratch and all other players will reduce their handicap by the same amount  Players are responsible to schedule their own matches by the determined deadline for each round posted. Golf staff cannot be involved in scheduling.  **If a tee time cannot be agreed upon, the winner will be determined by a coin flip by the Golf Staff. Final!  All matches must be played at Hillcrest Country Club and from white or gold tees (established gold tee players only)  Gold Tee players will have handicap adjusted according to USGA Rules  Report the winner of each match along with all scorecards to the Golf Shop  ALL PLAYERS MUST POST THEIR 18 HOLE SCORE FROM EACH MATCH

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

FORMAT: 5 Nine Hole Matches (Round Robin) Four-ball Match Play using 100% handicap, matches will be played off of the lowest handicap in the group.

TEES: Flights 1 & 2 will play from the Blue Tees Flights 3 and higher will play from the White Tees

POINTS: 1 point awarded for each hole won in the match 1/2 point for each hole halved in the match 1 point to the team with the most points 1/2 point each for a match which is halved * Maximum number of points in a match = 6 pts

The team with the most points after Match Play will be Flight Champions.

HISTORIC FOUNDATION SEASON LONG PAR 3 CLOSEST TO THE PIN CONTEST

The HCC Par 3 Closest to the Pin contest is a fundraising opportunity for the Hillcrest Historic Foundation. Your $300 tax deductible donation must be paid in advance of your participation. You may enter the contest at any time during the golf season; however the $300 entry fee cannot be prorated and must be paid 48 hours prior to participation.

Your $300 donation allows the family unit (member, spouse and children up to age 25) as well as your paid guests to participate. Guests and children are not eligible for the final shootout; however, the sponsoring member may participate on their behalf.

The contest includes all Par 3’s (#4, #12 & #17). The contest will begin on Saturday, April 15th and the final day will be Sunday, September 10th.

To be eligible, your shot must be within the length of the flagstick. You must have a witness and you must complete a 9 or 18 hole round of golf.

Men must hit from the Blue or White tees, Seniors (70+) may hit from Blue, White or Gold tees. Women and children (17 & under) may hit from the Red tees.

Except for Opening Weekend, each contest will run from 8:00 am Monday thru Sunday at dark. The weekly results will be collected and winners of all three holes will be posted on the scoreboard. The winners will receive $100 cash for each win (maximum $300 per membership) and will be paid at the year end shootout ceremony.

Shootout: Saturday, September 15th / Time tbd Each weekly winner, be it the member or membership spouse, will have one shot per weekly win (maximum of 3 per membership) in the year end “Shootout”. Men will hit from 100 yards and women will hit from 80 yards.

1st Place Will Pay 5% of the total pot 2nd Place Will Pay 3% of the total pot 3rd Place Will Pay 1.5 % of the total pot 4th, 5th & 6th Place $300 each

A Consolation Flight will be played off prior to the main Shootout. Any Membership who was in the contest and did not have a weekly winner can register up to (2) eligible persons (1) shot each from the distances described previously. 1st Place = $600 / 2nd Place = $300.
