THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, the effect of which will be:
1. To impose No Waiting at Any Time on part of The Green, Donington le Heath
A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan illustrating the proposals and an explanatory statement giving the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be requested from my offices by telephoning 0116 3050001, at the offices of North West Leicestershire District Council, Whitwick Road, Coalville, LE67 3FJ, 5 1BQ, and on the notice board of Hugglescote and Donington le Heath Parish Council. PROPOSED NO WAITING AT ANY TIME RESTRICTIONS
Leicestershire County Council proposes to introduce no waiting at any time restrictions (double yellow lines) on a section of The Green, Donington Le Heath on behalf of the developer Williams Homes.
A new development is being built on The Green and it is necessary to introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on a section of The Green opposite the new proposed junction into the development. The proposed restrictions will improve highway safety and provide a safe access and egress into the new development.

The Leicestershire County Council (“the Council”) in exercise of its powers under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”) as amended, and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act hereby makes the following Order:-
