(sub- litoral to moderately deep water of the Philippine and Tonga Islands), V. (C.) ismene n. sp. (subtidal (3–15 m) of the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Solomons, New Caledonia, Fiji Islands, Western Samoa); V. (C.) torricella n. sp. (subtidal (10–30 m) of Indonesia, the Philippines and Solomon Islands), V. (C.) varicosum n. sp. (deep water off the Philippine Islands), Vexillum (Pusia) arabi- cum n. sp. ( beach at Salalah, southern Oman, Arabian Sea), V. (P.) chocotinctum n. sp. (shallow water of Vietnam, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia), V. (P.) klytios n. sp. (intertidal to subtidal of Indonesia, W. & N.W. Australia, Vietnam, Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Queensland), V. (P.) sinuosum n. sp. ( subtidal of Western Australia), V. (P.) stercopunctis n. sp. (litoral of the Philip- pines and Hainan), and Austromitra cernohorskyi n. sp. (deep water off South New Caledonia). Lectotypes are selected for Mitra festa REEVE 1845 (= Vexillum (Pusia)) and Turricula sansibarica THIELE 1925 (= Austromitra). Kurzfassung Aus sehr verschiedenen Bereichen des Indo-Pazifiks werden die nachfolgend aufgeführten zehn neuen Arten beschrieben: Vexillum (Costellaria) asperum n. sp. ( Sublitoral und mäßig tiefe Gewässer der Philippinen und Tongainseln), V. (C.) ismene n. sp. (Sublitoral (3–15 m) von den Philippinen, Papua-Neuguinea, Salomoneninseln, Neukaledonien, Fidschi-Inseln, West-Samoa), V. (C.) torricella n. sp. (Sublitoral (10–30 m) Indonesiens, der Philippinen and Salomoneninseln), V. (C.) varicosum n. sp. (Tiefwasser der Philippinen), Vexillum (Pusia) arabicum n. sp. (Strand von Salalah, südlicher Oman, Arabische See), V. (P.) chocotinctum n. sp. (Flachwasser von Vietnam, Papua-Neuguinea, Neukaledonien), . V. (P.) klytios n. sp. (Litoral und Sublitoral von Indonesien, West- und Nordwestaustralien, Vietnam, Philippinen, Papua-Neuguinea, Queensland), V. (P.) sinu- osum n. sp. ( Sublitoral von Westaustralien), V. (P.) stercopunctis n. sp. (Litoral von den Philip- pinen und Hainan), sowie Austromitra cernohorskyi n. sp. (aus tiefem Wasser vor Süd-Neukaledo- nien) . Für Mitra festa REEVE 1845 (= Vexillum (Pusia)) und Turricula sansibarica THIELE 1925 (= Austromitra) weden Lectotypen festgelegt.
