O’Neill was born in Pontarddulais and lives in Cardiff. He is Founder and Director of the Wales International Academy of Voice, University of Wales Trinity Saint David.

It will be presented in concert form, open to the public. 6.3 Additional prizes and awards may be introduced at the discretion of the Organiser of the Competition. 5.4.2 Finalists will rehearse with the officail orchestra before the Final Round . 7. 4.10 主辦機構保留對已遞交之資料用作宣傳之使用權。 5.3.4 於第三節準決賽後,國際評判團將於當晚選出及宣佈 8 位參賽者晉身決賽。

5.4 決賽階段:

5.4.1 決賽預定於香港大會堂音樂廳舉行。

5.4.2 決賽參賽者將被安排於決賽前與樂隊進行綵排。

5.4.3 8 位決賽參賽者須根據主辦機構在第 8 節所指定的曲目中挑選及演唱最多 15 分 鐘,不多於兩首詠嘆調。並由管弦樂團提供伴奏。

5.4.4 優勝者名單預定於決賽完成後當場宣佈。結果為評判團最終決定,不設投訴及 上訴機制。

5.4.5 優勝者或須於決賽完成後接受媒體訪問。

6.1 以下獎項將根據評判團之決定頒發。每項只限一名得獎或不予頒發。 8.1 準決賽演出時間須介乎 10 至 15 分鐘。決賽演出以 15 分鐘為限,最多兩首詠嘆調。

6.1.1 冠軍:美金 15,000 元、金獎章、卓越獎狀及非凡美樂製作演出角色和/或音樂 8.2 參賽者須附上於準決賽演唱的樂譜(鋼琴伴奏版本)之影印副本,如有刪減須清楚列明。 會獨唱之合約一份。 8.3 所有列明的曲目都可選為準決賽的比賽曲目。只有標有星號﹝ * ﹞的曲目才可選為決賽 6.1.2 亞軍:美金 5,000 元、銀獎章、卓越獎狀及非凡美樂製作演出角色和/或音樂會 的比賽曲目。參賽者的準決賽與決賽曲目不可有重複的詠嘆調。 獨唱之合約一份。 8.4 每位參賽者必須以原調及原文演唱,並熟背全曲。 6.1.3 季軍:美金 3,000 元、銅獎章、優異獎狀及非凡美樂製作演出角色和/或音樂會 獨唱之合約一份。 8.5 2022 年 4 月 8 日以後,除非主辦機構要求,所選曲目不可更改。

7. 來回香港交通及住宿安排 9.1 主辦機構非凡美樂有限公司所收集之個人資料只用於辦理「香港國際歌劇聲樂比賽 2022」,主辦機構在未經當事人同意下絕不會將其個人資料刊登或轉交與是次比賽無關 7.1 成功晉身準決賽者,須於 2022 年夏季比賽期間或之前到達香港。 之第三者。所有個人資料將於 2024 年 7 月 31 日銷毀。
