The County Council (Station Lane, Pitsea, Borough of ) (Parking and Waiting) (Amendment No. 63) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: 1. To introduce ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions on the following lengths of road in the as specified: Road Description Station Lane, EAST SIDE: From its junction with High Road southwards for approximately Pitsea 14 metres. Map Tile: TQ735 880 Revision 3 to be replaced with Revision 4 Station Lane, EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 29 metres south of its junction with Pitsea High Road southwards for approximately 6 metres. Map Tile: TQ735 880 Revision 3 to be replaced with Revision 4 Station Lane, EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 61 metres south of its junction with Pitsea High Rad southwards for approximately 9 metres including the turning area. Station Lane, WEST SIDE: From its junction with High Road southwards for approximately Pitsea 27 metres. To introduce ‘Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 30 minutes no return within 2 hours’ restrictions on the following lengths of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified: Road Description Station Lane, WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 27 metres south of its junction with Pitsea High Road southwards for approximately 9 metres. Map Tile: TQ735 880 Revision 3 to be replaced with Revision 4 Station Lane, EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 20 metres south of its junction with Pitsea High Road southwards for approximately 7 metres. To introduce 'Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time' parking bays on the following length of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified: Road Description Station Lane, EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 35 metres south of its junction with Pitsea High Road southwards for approximately 8.8 metres. To introduce 'All Vehicle Loading Bay’ restrictions, operational 24 hours daily, on the following length of road in the Borough of Basildon as specified: Road Description Station Lane, WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 52 metres south of its junction with Pitsea High Road southwards for approximately 12 metres. This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon District) (Parking and Waiting) Consolidation Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TQ735 880 revision 3 to revision 4, and TQ735 877 revision 2 to revision 3.
