Rock and Roll ALL NIGHT!

On behalf of the Mabry Elementary PTA, we welcome you to our 2017 Auction Gala: “Rock of Ages”! The money raised tonight will be used to support our beloved Mabry Elementary School, just as its staff supports our children in building the foundation that they need to continue to strive and grow.

The Auction Gala is our biggest fundraiser of the year and would not have been possible without the amazing cooperation of our Auction committee and countless others who have contributed their time, ideas and generous donations. WE SO APPRECIATE EVERYONE WHO HELPED MAKE THIS NIGHT A SUCCESS! THANK YOU!!!

AUCTION RULES

1) Upon entering the auction you will receive you bid number. Use only the bid number assigned to you for bidding on silent and live auction items. We recommend that if you are part of a couple, you only use a single bidder number and make sure the email address you want to use to receive notifications is attached to that bidder number. At the end of the night, if you’ve won items, you will receive an email notifying you that you won and you will have the option to pay by credit card, cash or check. 2) The Silent Auction opens at 6:00 and closes between 8:15 and 9:00 – we will have staggered close times for the various sections so make sure you are listening to the announcements of when sections will be closing. To place a bid, write your bid number with your bid amount on the bid sheet. The minimum bid and minimum raise for each item is written on the bid sheet. Placing a bid constitutes a legal contract to purchase that silent auction item at the price you stated if your bid is the winning bid. If you bid on 2 of the same item and you win both of them, you will be required to purchase both of them so please keep that in mind. 3) The Live Auction will take place after the silent auction, starting at 9:30. We have a professional auctioneer who will be using spotters to keep track of bidders. If a group is bidding on an item, please designate one person to place your combined bid; auction items will be awarded to one purchaser only. A bid acknowledged by the auctioneer is a legal contract to purchase the item. 4) All items must be paid for at the end of the evening. Your swiped credit card is encouraged to facilitate a faster check-out. 5) We encourage you to take your winning items with you the night of the event. However, committee members will be available Sunday February 26th at the McLoughlin Center at Christ the King church from 10-1 to distribute remaining items. 6) All sales are final – there will be no exchanges or refunds. All items are sold “AS IS”.
