Eighteen months ago, Tim Hanna entered into a partnership with friends Richie Olsen and former professional hockey player Lyndon “L.B.” Byers to open Angry Ham’s Garage. But L.B. and Richie’s troubles with the law prevented the trio from obtaining a liquor license. 01:00:26 SELECTMAN I’m not quite sure in my mind that he has demonstrated to me the character required for a license.
