As opposed to receiving a hard ticket, Season Ticket Holders will receive their tickets (as well as parking if applicable) in an online “My White Sox Tickets” account on whitesox.com. From this online account, fans can print their tickets at home (TicketFast), send their tickets to their smartphone, transfer tickets to family or friends, or re-sell tickets. Season Ticket Holders will have access to their tickets earlier than ever, can easily transfer tickets to friends, and ticket partners can access Field using their smartphones. This will minimize lost and stolen ticket problems for fans and create exceptional convenience. SEASON TICKET EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Full and Partial Season Ticket Holders are eligible to exchange game tickets for games that they do not plan to use or unused from games that have already been played. Unused game tickets may be exchanged at any point of the 2018 regular season for best available seats in an equivalent section (based on availability).

DIAMOND SUITE There is no better place to watch a Chicago White Sox game than in a Suite. Suites are available for games and on a full season basis. All suites offer a premium experience with theater-style seating, a bar area and plenty of room to socialize. Single game suites include a basic menu and drink package.

SUITE 134 Our only suite on the lower level concourse! This 25-person Suite is conveniently located in section 134 providing the benefits of lower level seats with the luxury of a premium suite.

PURCHASE ADDITIONAL INDIVIDUAL GAME TICKETS As a Season Ticket Holder, you qualify to charge single game ticket orders on your Season Ticket Account through the Sox Charge Line. Q: What time do the gates to the ballpark open? A: The gates to the ballpark typically open 90 minutes before game time for each home game. Parking lots open two hours prior to game time.

Q: Is smoking permitted in Guaranteed Rate Field? A: The use of tobacco products including smokeless tobacco and e-cigarettes is prohibited in the ballpark and the ramps. Violators are subject to ejection and fines imposed under Chicago Municipal Code Chapter 7-32 and Illinois Compiled Statutes 410 ilcs 82. A designated area for the use of tobacco products is located on the ground level of Gate 5 on the north side of 35th Street, and at the ground level of Gate 2. Guests failing to comply with this policy will be asked to surrender his/her ticket and leave the ballpark.

Q: What items can be carried into Guaranteed Rate Field? A: Guests may carry in food in a small, see-through plastic bag, soft-sided bags no larger than 16” x 16” x 8” (which will be searched prior to entering the park), and one sealed plastic bottle of water, one liter or less in size. Bottles, cans, hard-sided coolers or beverages of any kind other than a sealed water bottle may not be carried into the park.

TAILGATING

Tailgating is permitted before every game in all lots starting two hours prior to the game (when the lots open) and concludes when the game starts. Tailgating is not permitted in auxiliary (IIT/McCormick Place) lots. Please use small grills only. To keep the atmosphere fun for all, kegs are not permitted. For extra safety, please bring a gallon of water to extinguish your coals after cooking. For your convenience, metal containers are provided for coal disposal. Please keep grills a safe distance from all vehicles. Never put hot coals under your car. Due to the City of Chicago open container law, you should not leave the parking lots carrying alcohol.
