Oath by the Speaker-elect. ORDINANCES TO BE LAID BEFORE THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY 4. CH. NISAR ALI KHAN, Minister for Interior and Narcotics Control to lay before the National Assembly the following Ordinances as required by clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:- (1) The Foreigners (Amendment) Ordinance, 2015 (No. 12 of 2014). (2) The National Database and Registration Authority (Amendment) Ordinance, 2015 (No. 13 of 2015). R E S O L U T I O N 5. SENATOR MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization to move the following Resolution:- “That the National Assembly resolves to extend the Income Tax (Amendment) Ordinance, 2015 (No. 10 of 2015) for a further period of one hundred and twenty days w.e.f. 7th November, 2015 under proviso to sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (a) of clause (2) of Article 89 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.” PAPERS TO BE LAID BEFORE THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY 6. MR. PERVAIZ RASHID, Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights to lay before the National Assembly the Annual report of the National Commission on the Status of Women for the year, 2013 as required by sub-section (2) of section 16 of the National Commission on the Status of Women (NCSW) Act, 2012. LEGISLATIVE BUSINESS 7. KHAWAJA MUHAMMAD ASIF, Minister for Defence to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Army Act, 1952 [The Pakistan Army (Amendment) Bill, 2015], as passed by the Senate be taken into consideration at once. 8. KHAWAJA MUHAMMAD ASIF, Minister for Defence to move that the Bill further to amend the Pakistan Army Act, 1952 [The Pakistan Army (Amendment) Bill, 2015], be passed. 9. SENATOR MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization to move that the Bill further to amend the State Bank of Pakistan Act, 1956 [The State Bank of Pakistan (Amendment) Bill, 2015], as passed by the Senate under clause (2) of Article 70 of the Constitution, be taken into consideration at once. 10. SENATOR MOHAMMAD ISHAQ DAR, Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization to move that the Bill further to amend the State Bank of Pakistan Act, 1956 [The State Bank of Pakistan (Amendment) Bill, 2015], be passed. -:2:- MOTION OF THANKS 11. Discussion on the following motion moved by Mr. Riaz Hussain Pirzada, Minister for Inter- Provincial Coordination on 30th July, 2015:- “This House expresses its deep gratitude to the President of Pakistan for his address to both Houses assembled together on 4th June, 2015”. MOTION UNDER RULE 259 12. Discussion on the following motion moved by Shaikh Aftab Ahmed, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs on 25th June, 2015:- “This House may discuss the situation arising out of recent heat wave and humidity due to abnormal rise in temperature causing deaths of hundreds of people and sufferings of thousands of people in the country generally and across Sindh particularly; so that necessary measures may be taken to avert such like situation in future”. CALLING ATTENTION NOTICE 13. DR. IBADULLAH MIAN ABDUL MANAN MR. ABDUL MAJEED KHAN KHANAN KHAIL to invite attention of the Minister-in-charge of Cabinet Secretariat to a matter of urgent public importance regarding the cancellation of allotments of Cabins by the CDA in Islamabad allotted during the years 1967-2000, causing grave concern amongst the public.
