Welcome

Transgender Law Center changes law, policy, and attitudes so that all people can live safely, authentically, and free from discrimination regardless of their gender identity or expression. We envision a future where gender self- determination and authentic expression are seen as basic rights and matters of common human dignity.

As we celebrate our 15th year as an organization we are so thrilled to have the support of our corporate partners especially within the tech community especially our gracious hosts Salesforce. TLC is the largest transgender advocacy organization in the country and we do not take that honor lightly. As we continue to build safety, power, and alignment we do so with each of you in mind. We are here today to continue to build and shape with our corporate partners and community to ensure that the experiences and inclusion of transgender and gender nonconforming employees is not only an intention, but a priority.

Thank you for joining us for the inaugural Transform Tech summit, we truly could not have done it without each and every one of you. To our hosts, sponsors, community partners, speakers, volunteers, community, and staff we truly appreciate your support.

With Gratitude,

KRIS HAYASHI Executive Director, Transgender Law Center
